About the role

SNS Construction and Supply OPC is looking for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of construction activities at project sites. The successful candidate will ensure that work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure that construction works are carried out according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of workmanship.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and other construction drawings.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, material requests, and work schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure that materials are properly received and utilized.
• Identify site issues, delays, defects, and technical concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Experience in construction site supervision is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge in quantity take-off and basic construction estimation.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to different project locations when required.
