SITE ENGINEER/SAFETY OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction progress

• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules

• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies

• Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions

• Conduct safety orientations/toolbox meetings as required

• Maintain site safety records, reports, and documentation

• Monitor compliance with applicable construction and occupational safety requirements

• Prepare daily/weekly progress and safety reports

• Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• With relevant experience in construction/site supervision is an advantage

• Preferably with Safety Officer training/certification (SO2 or higher)

• Knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and occupational safety standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant engineering software

• willing to work on-site (Manila Project)

• Preferably a resident of Cavite or nearby areas

• Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced construction environment
