Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, lifts, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other teams to integrate MEP works smoothly.
- Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and support cost control measures.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs; resolve on-site technical issues.
