Site Engineer/Site Supervisor

We are a G7 construction company based in Kuala Terengganu, seeking an experienced and motivated Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee the planning and construction of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and workers.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
• Ensure work is completed according to schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to coordinate workers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
