Site Engineer/Supervisor

A civil site engineer manages on-site construction activities, ensures compliance with design specifications, and oversees quality and safety standards.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervised day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure execution aligned with approved blueprints, structural drawings, and project specifications.
• Conducted precise site setting out, leveling, and surveying using equipment like Total Stations and GPS.
• Directed on-site labor teams, subcontractors, and foremen to meet daily construction targets and project milestones.

Quality Control & Assurance

• Performed routine quality inspections on structural works, including reinforcement steel, shuttering, and concrete pouring.
• Verified that incoming raw materials and construction supplies met national standards and project specifications.
• Maintained detailed quality checklists and addressed structural or technical non-conformances immediately.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforced strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
• Conducted daily safety briefings and ensured workers used proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identified potential on-site safety hazards and halted non-compliant operations until resolved.

Project Coordination & Reporting

• Prepared Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and updated project managers on site status, delays, and milestones.
• Coordinated professionally with architects, consultants, and material vendors to resolve design clashes and supply chain bottlenecks.
• Verified contractor measurements and assisted in processing running account (RA) bills.

Experience : Minimum 1 Year

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
