Site Execution Manager

Role & responsibilities

Understand project details and interact with Project Manager, design team, PMO, SCM; take handover of project documents as per the checklist.

Ensuring adherence of pre-requisite and safety protocols after mobilization at site.

Installation of mechanical and electrical system as per project design with all defined safety and quality guidelines.

Plan daily activities at site in coordination with Site/Project manager/Client - Understand and implement the contractual manpower mobilization plan with PMO / Project manager based on the site & material availability - Creation of daily progress report and sharing at day end with relevant stakeholders. - Study of gaps between plan vs actual progress and mitigation plan for identified gaps. - Follow all protocols related to safety, cleanliness / 5S, environment protection defined by Addverb and / or by the client at the site. - Oversee loading / unloading of material; ensure GRN is done by customers representative.

Store management and documentation. - Take decision and solve problems related to site execution in collaboration with different stakeholders. - Capture and report all issues through issue register on daily basis; collaborate with respective stakeholder for prompt resolution of the issues.

Conduct off-line verification of mechanical and electrical installation and proactively eliminate the snag points before internal / external reviews.

Conduct Cold Loop Test, Hot Loop Test, Unit Test, Integration testing, Volume Testing and its Ramp-Up

Demonstrate the project KPIs (e.g., throughput, availability, fault matrix, etc.) as per the contracts.

Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (like Advanced Design and R&D Mechanical) to frame the final design documents / manuals and handover to customer, after sales, PMO. - Take final handover signoff from the customer i.e., installation and commissioning certificate. - Handover the project to after sales, as per the checklist; conduct handover meeting with After Sales team for further support
