Site Execution Manager (Electrical Projects)

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute overhead and underground electrical line projects for 1133 kV.
• Supervise HT/LT cable laying, jointing and termination activities.
• Prepare and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Execute DP (Double Pole) structure installation and related electrical works.
• Handle installation, testing and commissioning of CT/PT units.
• Carry out cable fault locating and rectification.
• Supervise substation works and meter cubicle fabrication/installation.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE and electrical safety standards at site.
• Manage manpower, contractors, materials and daily site progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, DISCOM officials and internal teams for approvals and inspections.
• Lead field teams and ensure timely, safe and quality project execution.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical site/project execution.
• Hands-on experience in 1133 kV overhead and underground electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT cable laying, jointing, termination and testing.
• Experience with SLDs, DP structures, CT/PT, substation work and meter cubicles.
• Experience in cable fault locating and electrical testing equipment.
• Good understanding of HSSE norms and electrical safety standards.
• Strong site management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing manpower, contractors and materials.
• Good coordination skills with clients and DISCOM officials.
• Willingness to work at site and travel to project locations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
