Dispatch & Installation
Track dispatched items with the manufacturing/logistics team and confirm safe, timely receipt at site; verify quantity/condition against the delivery challan and report shortages or damages immediately.

Coordinate with site labor, subcontractors, and Railway site staff for access, power, and civil requirements; resolve on-site issues, escalating to the reporting manager when needed.
Liaisoning
Liaise directly with Government and Railway officials for approvals, inspections, site clearances, and day-to-day coordination throughout project execution
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines.
Measurement & Billing
Take accurate site measurements as per contract BOQ; maintain Measurement Book (MB) entries jointly verified with the Railway's site engineer/JE, recorded stage-wise.
Prepare stage-wise billing documentation from verified measurements and liaise with the Railway's billing/engineering department for certification and processing
Track bill submission and payment status; flag delays to management.
Reporting & Timeline Ownership
Submit periodic (weekly/monthly) progress reports covering material receipt, installation, measurement, and billing status, with photographic/documentary evidence of work stages.
Work within the assigned project timeline; proactively flag anticipated delays with mitigation plans, and ensure milestones (installation, measurement sign-off, billing submission) are met as scheduled.
Skills/Attributes Needed
Basic technical understanding of IPIS/clock/signal-telecom equipment installation.
Familiarity with Railway measurement and billing procedures (MB, BOQ).
Proven experience liaisoning with Government and Railway officials, and managing subcontractors on-site.
