The Site Facade Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising the site execution Of facade ensuring that installation is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements

KEY RESPONSABILITY:

• Supervise and monitor facade installation works on site in with approved drawings, specifications. and project requirements.
• Coordinate With consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and Other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of facade works
• Review shop drawings. method statements. material submittals. and technical details.
• Inspect facade works curtain wan. aluminum cladding. glazing, windows, doors. and other facade systems
• Ensure installation is carried out according to approved materials. quality standards. and manufacturer dations.
• Monitor site progress and daily activities with the construction team
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the and engineering teams to resolve site problems.
• Conduct inspections and prepare/submit requests (IR) and related quality documentation.
• Follow up on material deliveries, site measurements, and installation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate testing. mock-ups. snagging. and rectification works prior to handover
• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, or major construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge or curtain wall Aluminium cladding, glazing. stone cladding. metal works. waterproofing, and facade interfaces
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings architectural details. specifications. and method statements.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants. subcontractors. suppliers. and main contractors.
• Knowledge Of facade installation methods, materials, tolerances, testing. and quality requirements,
• Ability to conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, defects, and installation discrepancies.
• Experience in RFI, material submittals inspection requests, method statements. and technical documentation,
• Strong understanding of QAJQC requirements and construction safety procedures,
• Ability to monitor site progress. manpower, materials. and work schedules.
• Proficient in AutoCAD: knowledge of other engineering/design Software is advantage.

REQIUREMENT:
✅Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Facade Engineering, or a related fled.
✅Minimum 5 years Of relevant facade Constrution site execution in UAE
