What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring site work progress;
- Supervising of quality of works;
- Monitor the performance of sub-contractor;
- To carry out inspection with RE / COW;
- To prepare the site document including daily report and site memo.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- TCP T1 and Certificate for Construction Safety Supervisors or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ relevant site experiences in building construction
- Experienced in HA projects would be an advantage
