Job Title: Site Foreman – Building Construction

Location: United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our construction team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience as a Site Foreman in building construction.
• Building construction experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred/required.
• Egyptian nationality is preferred, but other nationalities are welcome to apply.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Candidates outside the UAE will not be considered.
• Immediate availability / able to join at short notice is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction site activities, manpower supervision, and daily site operations.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workers and daily site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Site Engineer.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure proper quality and timely completion of works.
• Follow company HSE rules and site safety requirements.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper organization of the work area.

Important:
Priority will be given to candidates who have:

Building Construction Experience + UAE Driving License + Currently Residing in the UAE + Immediate Availability.

Egyptian candidates are preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
