About the Role
The successful candidate will join the project team as a Site Foreman, working on a major residential development valued at approximately $250 million. Why Apply?

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supervising finishing and/ or façading trades and subcontractors.
• Driving the construction program and achieving key project milestones.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Participating in weekly site meetings.
• Communicating with the client and wider project team when required.
• Ensuring the site is safe, clean and professionally presented at all times.
• Supporting a positive and productive site culture.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman on major residential or commercial projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager, Foreman.
• Proven experience delivering construction finishes and/or façade packages on major residential or commercial projects is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to drive programs and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.
• A positive attitude and the temperament to work effectively in a busy project environment.
• The ability to identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
