Site Foreman

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Foreman / Site Supervisor to join their team on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident running a site, leading a team, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

About the Role - As the Foreman / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating trades and ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the required standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site
• Managing day-to-day site operations and workflow
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Reading and working from plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Managing site materials, tools, and equipment
• Communicating effectively with project managers, contractors, and the wider team
• Identifying and resolving issues on site
• Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety
• Ensuring site documentation and requirements are kept up to date
• Leading by example and maintaining a professional site environment

**What We’re Looking For -**We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or senior trades role and is ready to take the lead.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• NZ Level 4 qualification
• Current Site Safe Passport
• Your own tools
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team
• Strong knowledge of site processes and health & safety requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to read plans and understand project specifications
• A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused attitude
• The ability to work independently and confidently manage site operations
