About Us Designex Technical Services LLC is a Dubai-based architecture, interior design, and landscape design firm delivering end-to-end design and fit-out solutions across the UAE. We work across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, managing projects from concept through to site completion and handover.

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to supervise day-to-day fit-out and finishing works on our interior design projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and has a solid background in interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors on interior fit-out projects
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with design drawings, specifications, and finish standards
• Monitor daily work progress and report to the Project Manager on site activities and milestones
• Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and site safety rules
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for the site team
• Inspect materials and finishes delivered to site and verify they meet project specifications
• Identify and escalate any site issues, delays, or quality concerns to the Project Manager promptly
• Maintain site records including daily reports, manpower logs, and material delivery records
• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
• Prepare and manage snag lists and support project handover and client inspection activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong background in interior finishing works, joinery, gypsum, flooring, tiling, painting, and FF&E installation
• Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is an advantage)
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety standards
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• UAE residency/valid visa status preferred

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
