What they need
What you'll be doing
Site Supervision: Monitor daily site operations, safety, work progress, and craftsmanship quality.
Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Project Execution: Organize site work according to instructions from the Project Manager.
Logistics & Delivery: Manage production details and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure smooth logistics.
Drawing Review: Inspect construction drawings in detail and update/correct drawing errors accurately.
Reporting: Keep management and key stakeholders updated on project status.
What we're looking for
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Site Foreman or supervisor in construction.
Technical Skills: Knowledge in AutoCAD; expert at reading technical drawings and specifications.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment, and H&S regulations.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong team leadership, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Certifications: TCP T1 qualification or Safety Supervisor license is an advantage / preferred.
