What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities, including supervising workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Liaise closely with contractros, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring the work is carried out to the higest standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project, including progress reports, timshetts, and quality control
• Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks that may impact the project timeline or budget

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the A&A project & fitting out experience
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and safety requirements
• Holder of TCP T1 and Safety Certificate are essential
• Excellent site setting out, leveling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other construction documents
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
