What they need
We are hiring an experienced Site Foreman for our fit-out and renovation projects in Dubai.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, renovation or maintenance works
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Manage workers and monitor daily site activities and work progress
- Check required materials, tools and site requirements
- Coordinate material delivery and manpower between sites
- Must be a hands-on technician with good knowledge of tiling, gypsum, painting, plumbing and basic electrical works
- Able to support and assist workers on site when required
- Check quality of work and ensure proper finishing
- Responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
