Site Foreman

• Supervise daily site activities and allocate manpower according to the work priorities and instructions of the Site/Project Engineer.
• Coordinate workers, skilled tradesmen, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and engineer instructions.
• Monitor daily productivity and ensure planned targets are achieved.
• Check availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower before starting activities.
• Coordinate civil and architectural activities including concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screed, tiling, painting, and finishing works as applicable.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework.
• Report site progress, manpower, material shortages, delays, and technical issues to the Site/Project Engineer.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of work areas.
• Ensure workers comply with PPE requirements, safety procedures, toolbox talks, and HSE instructions.
• Prevent unauthorized or unsafe work and immediately report safety concerns.
• Monitor workmanship and arrange correction of defective works before inspection.
• Assist the Site Engineer in preparing areas for consultant/client inspections.
• Ensure proper use and protection of company materials, tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, activities completed, equipment utilization, and site issues.
• Coordinate work fronts to minimize idle manpower and improve productivity.
• Ensure completed works are properly protected from damage by subsequent activities.
• Carry out any other site-related duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,900.00 per month
