Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with hands-on expertise in Mivan Aluminium Shuttering/Formwork for high-rise and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shuttering activities, coordinating site workers, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and as per project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Mivan Aluminium Shuttering/Formwork activities at the construction site.
• Read and understand structural drawings and shuttering layouts.
• Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, and installation of aluminium shuttering.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Allocate daily work to shuttering teams and monitor productivity.
• Ensure shuttering work is completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Inspect shuttering before concrete pouring and rectify defects if required.
• Monitor dismantling, shifting, cleaning, and re-assembly of Mivan panels.
• Maintain proper site safety practices and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.
• Manage manpower and materials required for shuttering activities.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/Site In-charge.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Mivan Aluminium Shuttering/Formwork.
• Experience in high-rise/residential building construction preferred.
• Good knowledge of shuttering alignment, leveling, plumbing, and concreting preparation.
• Ability to manage and supervise shuttering workers efficiently.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Strong manpower management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under project deadlines.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Candidates with strong experience in Mivan Aluminium Shuttering will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates willing to work at project sites may apply.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on experience and interview.
