Site Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities of civil works, including concrete, blockwork, plastering, formwork, rebar, and finishing.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Allocate work to site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adequate manpower and materials are available to meet deadlines.
• Check levels, lines, and dimensions before and during construction to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Report site progress, manpower, and resource needs to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Solve minor site issues and escalate technical or manpower concerns to the management promptly.
• Keep records of work progress, daily reports, attendance, and any incidents or delays.
• Train and guide site workers to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology (preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a contracting company in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with site safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• With Finishing Experience is a must.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
