Site Foreman

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers.
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and instructions from the Site Engineer.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and daily progress.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Coordinate concrete works, blockwork, plastering, and other civil construction activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
