Site Foreman - Day/Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to supervise site activities related to fabrication and installation work. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage workers, monitor progress and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to fabrication and installation.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate workers and site teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Check work quality against project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and report operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE fabrication experience.
• Previous experience supervising fabrication or installation site activities.
• Ability to coordinate workers and manage daily site operations.
• Good understanding of work quality and safety requirements.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, depending on project requirements.

Benefits

• Employment contract: 2 years, renewable.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable UAE Labour Law. Overtime is stated as not applicable to Chargehand and above in the employer’s demand letter.
• Accommodation: Provided free of charge by the employer.
• Food/food allowance: To be borne by the employee.
• Transportation: Local work-site transportation provided by the company.
• Medical insurance: Provided by the employer in accordance with applicable UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
