Site Foreman ( Fitting- Out)

Position Summary

Responsible for supervising site works, monitoring progress, workmanship, safety and coordination with main contractor and other parties on fitting‑out projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall site progress and daily activities.
• Control workmanship, record and report daily progress.
• Inspect completed works and prepare inspection / completion reports.
• Ensure effective material usage, stock control and housekeeping on site.
• Implement and maintain work safety measures on site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with main contractor and other subcontractors as required.
• Working location will be assigned according to different project sites.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Fitting Out, Building Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ site experience, preferably with at least 2 years in fitting‑out / interior works.
• Able to supervise glass works and door installation, monitor quality, progress and safety.
• Able to read and understand shop drawings;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Site Supervisor.
