Site Foreman/ Forewoman**

Responsibilities:

• 一般地盤科文工作, 管理地盤日常運作, 規劃及統籌工程工作, 監督工程進度及施工安全, 調配物料, 安排人手調配及指導工人, 處理突發事件, 記錄地盤工作進度, 理解施工圖 (有醫院醫療氣體管道(銅喉)工程經驗優先)

Requirements:

• Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; 持建造業安全督導員證書(請在履歷表註明證書簽發機構, 只供招聘用途), 能獨立處理工作, 願意親自處理工作

Employment Terms:

• $24,000 - $30,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Dental Scheme and Medical Benefits, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week, 7.5 working hours per day
