What they need
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and manage site activities related to: Tile installation, wall plaster and skim coating.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervise workers, monitore daily productivity and ensure quality standards.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Report and record employee productivity daily.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities for billing purposes. Communicate with client for billing.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to minimize wastage.
- Ensure safety on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Tile installation, wall plaster, skim coating and painting.
- Strong experience managing and leading labor teams to deliver high productivity.
- Must currently be in UAE.
