We currently have a role available for a Site Foreman/Manager to come join our team! If you are looking for a workplace with a great crew, good banter, and a team that takes real pride in what we do, this could be the one for you.

You will work within a well‑established Palmerston North‑based company delivering commercial construction, maintenance, and small works across the region.

We care about doing things properly, for our clients and our people and strive towards the company vision of “Building Awesomeness”.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

·         A relevant tertiary or trade qualification

·         At least 5 years’ experience in construction, preferably in a similar role

·         Proven experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships

·         The ability to understand, monitor and ensure contractual obligations are met

·         A detailed understanding of relevant legislation and industry compliance standards

·         An excellent understanding of site health and safety planning and implementation

·         A strong understanding and ability in reading detailed plans & specifications

·         An ability to integrate into a high-performing team with an enviable record of successful delivery

·         Strong team player tendencies

·         The ability to multitask at a number of levels

·         Experience in managing and supervising staff and subcontractors, preferably in a comparable role with a previous employer

·         Proven time management skills and ability to largely self-manage

·         Good communication skills

·         A commitment to quality
