Site Foreman/Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and plant operations to ensure efficient site performance.
• Plan, organise, and oversee daily site activities to ensure works are completed on schedule and in line with project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and site plans.
• Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Liaise effectively with engineers, site management, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor and coordinate the requirements for materials, plant, equipment, and labour.
• Identify, assess, and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate site records, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a civil engineering or site supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and health and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications, with Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification as required.
• Full, valid driving licence desirable.

Pay: €45,800.00-€76,400.00 per year
