Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee contract management, including negotiating contracts, managing variations, and resolving disputes.
• Ensure effective cost management by monitoring expenses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Job Requirements :

• 18+ years of experience in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong background in contract management, costing, and project planning.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
