Position: HR Admin
Location: Jaigarh, Maharashtra 415613

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Support HR administration activities such as documentation, filing, and record management.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Handle employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with management for daily HR operational requirements.
• Ensure discipline and proper communication across departments.
• Has perform another HR Tasks assign by senior Management.

Required Skills:-

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Well-organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
