Experience: 5-10 yrs
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at site including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Prepare and verify attendance data for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Act.
- Maintain employee records and statutory registers.
- Coordinate with contractors and handle basic employee grievances.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW.
- 5-10 years of Site/Plant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
