Job Summary

We are looking for a Site HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administration activities at the project site, including manpower coordination, attendance, employee documentation, and site HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, leave, and manpower records.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and joining/formalities.
• Maintain employee files, documents, and HR records.
• Handle site-level recruitment and onboarding support.
• Coordinate with site management and workers regarding HR matters.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
• Manage payroll inputs, overtime, and attendance data.
• Handle employee grievances and basic disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and other site facilities where required.
• Support labour contractors and maintain manpower-related documentation.
