Site HR Executive

Position: Site HR Executive
Location: Barmer, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the project/site location, including employee documentation and HR records.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and mobilization of site personnel.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and manpower deployment records and coordinate with the payroll team.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary-related queries and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Labour License and applicable labour laws/statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations at site.
• Coordinate with project/site management regarding manpower requirements, joining, transfers and demobilization.
• Conduct joining formalities, induction and HR orientation for new employees.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS, manpower reports and site HR dashboards.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for contract manpower documentation, attendance and statutory compliance.
• Support BGV, employee files, ID cards, accommodation/transport and other site HR requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures and site requirements.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Site HR / HR Operations, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction or Industrial Projects.
• Good knowledge of site HR operations and labour compliances.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at a project/site location in Barmer, Rajasthan.
• Experience handling contractor/workmen manpower will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
