Site HR Executive

Position: Site HR Executive
Experience: 3–7 Years*
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Location: Jaigarh, Maharashtra 415613

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations at the site.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Manage, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline at the site.
• Coordinate with management and corporate HR for HR-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare regular HR reports and MIS.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of relevant Site HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, attendance, payroll, and labour compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
