Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee grievances, relations, and retention through effective HR policies and practices.
• Ensure site administration runs smoothly by handling various tasks such as reporting, documentation, and maintenance of records.
• Maintain accurate records of all HR activities, including attendance tracking and payroll processing.
• Implement reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for human resources.
• Provide support in resolving employee issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related matters.
• Coordination with Corporate office related to required details submission on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in human resource management or a related field (site HR).
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, contract labour management, employee grievances, employee relations, and employee retention principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and record-keeping purposes.
