Site Inspector

About the role

This role involves coordination and monitoring of construction work execution on site, including oversight of subcontractors, quality assurance, and project documentation. You will manage construction schedules, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with technical requirements and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors on construction work execution
• Monitor work volumes, quality, and deadlines on the construction site
• Verify and prepare work completion and acceptance reports
• Update and maintain construction schedules in MS Project
• Prepare progress reports for management
• Read and analyze drawings in AutoCAD
• Ensure compliance of construction works with technical requirements and project documentation
• Participate in internal planning meetings and coordinate workflows

About you

• Thai citizenship
• Experience in construction
• English language proficiency
• Ability to read drawings in AutoCAD
• Understanding of technical construction processes
• Experience working with subcontractors
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
