What they need
- Inspect fire rated board installation
- Liaise with authorities, client, and consultant to execute the work according to the specification and authority’s requirements
- During inspection, note down and take photos of certain installation work
- Submit report on inspection findings
- Update management on work site progress
- Knowledge on Health & Safety legislation
- Documentation (e.g. Declaration Form etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- 2 years construction site inspection work experience
- Proficient in Autocad and Fire Rated Board will have added advantage
