What they need
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in site inspection within construction projects. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant QA/QC, inspection, or technical certification is an advantage. Strong knowledge of applicable construction codes, standards, specifications, and inspection procedures. Experience in MEP and/or building construction projects is preferred. Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams. Ability to conduct site inspections and verify that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs. Experience in preparing inspection reports, checklists, observations, and punch lists. UAE construction experience is an advantage. Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to identify non-conforming work and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective action.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
