What they need
Role/Responsibilities:
- Daily progress call with PM’s
- Manage and accurately record hours on tasks
- Work to deadlines
Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Several years’ experience working on-site with main contractors
- An in-depth understanding of Health & Safety within construction
- Valid CSCS Card
- Experience with architectural, secondary & structural steel
- Very presentable & approachable
- Ability to adapt to change
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- A very strong work ethic
- Willing to embrace the strong ‘TEAM’ ethos of the company
Preferred but not essential:
- Drivers License (Maximum 3 points)
- Additional qualifications/certificates in construction
- Willingness to travel within the UK and stay away for days at a time
- Welding experience – MIG, TIG, STIG, ARC
Training Courses can be offered to the right candidate
