Site Lead

The Site Lead is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s Philippines site, overseeing site operations, governance, regulatory compliance, government relations, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures the site operates efficiently, remains compliant with regulatory requirements, and supports the organization’s business objectives.

The position leads site-wide operational excellence initiatives, business continuity planning, risk management, and governance programs while serving as the primary liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Site Lead drives strategic projects, resolves complex operational challenges, and implements initiatives that enhance performance, stability, and long-term growth.

The role also oversees the successful planning and execution of critical business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational standards, and compliance requirements across the site.

Key Leadership Priorities

Operational Leadership & Site Governance

• Lead and oversee overall site operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and business continuity.
• Drive site-wide governance initiatives and maintain strong operational controls and risk management practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Security, HR, Finance, and Procurement to ensure seamless site operations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Project & Program Management

• Lead strategic projects and business initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive successful project execution using structured methodologies.

Compliance, Regulatory & Government Affairs

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, economic zones, and industry partners.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and ensure operational readiness and compliance.

Problem Solving & Business Continuity

• Lead resolution of complex operational, compliance, and site-related challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Support crisis management, business continuity planning (BCP), and operational resilience programs.
• Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies across the site.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, government stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational insights to support business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership or management role overseeing site operations, government affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, or stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies, economic zones, or large-scale corporate operations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading compliance initiatives, regulatory projects, operational improvement programs, and cross-functional business operations.

2. Professional Capabilities

• Experience in site management, client services, and service delivery, with a demonstrated track record of improving site performance, driving operational excellence, and establishing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Familiarity with government permits, regulatory reporting, inspections, audits, and stakeholder engagement activities is an advantage.
• Experience managing compliance reviews, risk assessments, audit responses, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Ability to analyze operational and regulatory challenges and implement practical, business-oriented solutions.

4. Work Location / Site Assignment
