Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in site acquisition, site sourcing, business development, leasing, real estate, or retail expansion. Experience in the food, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in market research and site feasibility analysis.
• Ability to evaluate:
• Foot traffic
• Vehicle traffic
• Accessibility
• Visibility
• Nearby competitors
• Population and target market
• Strong negotiation skills in dealing with landlords, brokers, developers, and mall leasing officers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within Mindanao or nationwide.
• With a valid Driver’s License (Restriction B/B2); ability to drive a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects.

• Knowledge of permits and zoning requirements
