Site Logistics Manager / Supervisor

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Logistics Professional (Manager / Supervisor) to orchestrate and oversee all on-site logistical operations for our high-profile Data Center construction project in Qatar. You will be responsible for managing complex heavy equipment mobilization, lifting operations, temporary infrastructure (portacabins), material movement, and transport coordination, ensuring all elements strictly align with tight data center timelines, civil requirements, and complex MEP sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

Site Mobilization & Infrastructure Management

• Plan, execute, and oversee the rapid mobilization and demobilization of site assets, temporary facilities, and workspaces.
• Manage the delivery, precision positioning, installation, and maintenance of portacabins, site offices, and temporary storage compounds.
• Optimize site layouts dynamically to ensure smooth traffic flows for incoming materials without disrupting ongoing civil or MEP tasks.

Transport, Container & Material Movement

• Orchestrate and coordinate all on-site transport networks, including flatbeds, low-bed trailers, and specialized transport vehicles.
• Manage the intake, tracking, positioning, and return logistics of shipping containers.
• Supervise the receiving, secure staging, and strategic distribution of critical, high-value MEP equipment (e.g., chillers, generators, transformers, server racks) and bulk civil materials.

Lifting Coordination & Heavy Equipment Operations

• Act as the primary interface for lifting coordination, ensuring all complex, heavy lifts are executed under approved lifting plans and risk assessments.
• Manage the scheduling, placement, and safe deployment of heavy equipment (e.g., mobile cranes, tower cranes, telehandlers, excavators) on site.
• Ensure all lifting gear, machinery, and operators hold valid, current Qatar certifications and third-party inspections.

Data Center & Interface Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Civil Engineers, and MEP leads to synchronize material deliveries with daily construction and installation schedules.
• Enforce strict logistical parameters mandated by high-security, high-tolerance Data Center projects (e.g., clean corridor management, dust control, and strict access protocols).

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain an absolute zero-harm site logistics culture, ensuring all transport, lifting, and mobilization activities adhere strictly to Qatar construction safety regulations and project-specific HSE plans

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
