Site Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Site Maintenance staff to help maintain a safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is responsible for the basic maintenance, and overall appearance of the facility, ensuring all areas are safe, organized, and operating properly.

Key Responsibilities.

• Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Complete minor repairs such as tightening fixtures, replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Report equipment damage, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, keeping them clean and safe.
• Follow all health and safety policies, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Support other team members with general facility upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing a clean and safe environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Active role requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and cleaning.
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor maintenance duties.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and maintenance equipment in accordance with safety procedures.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
