Site Manager (APS Contract)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Site Works Management

– Assist the APS Project Manager in managing and coordinating daily site activities, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, methodology, programme, and LTA requirements.

Progress & Manpower Reporting

– Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, productivity, and work status, and provide accurate daily reports to the Project Manager.

Subcontractor & Material Management

– Manage subcontractor manpower, material allocation, equipment, and deliverables to ensure resources are available and works progress as scheduled.

Programme & Recovery Management

– Monitor site works against the approved schedule, identify delays or potential issues, and implement recovery measures to catch up with programme where necessary.

Work Permit & Safety Management

– Review and sign off work permits, ensure required controls are in place, and verify that the site is safe and ready before commencement of works.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Specification:
Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience with a recognized Degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience managing architectural teams on projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.

Proven experience in site coordination, architectural works, subcontractor management, and project delivery.

Good knowledge of LTA requirements, architectural standards, specifications, and workmanship.

Strong ability to coordinate with LTA, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
