SITE MANAGER (AT HMC POLYMERS)

Main Duty:

1. Advanced knowledge and experience of warehouse and transportation operations (Safety, Quality, Compliance, Budget)

2. High level data analysis skills related to operational performance, productivity, budget and capability to plan and execute solutions

3. Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. Regular

Responsibility works:

1. Manage monthly P&L and take action to meet financial targets through issue identification and resolution

2. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the department

3. Monitor organizational structure and task progress; coordinate with stakeholders to secure necessary resources and build an effective team

4. Communicate company and departmental policies clearly to team members and foster unified direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or Procuction major
• More than 5 years experiences as upper than SV on warehouse job
• Advanced knowledge and experience of warehouse and transportation operations (Safety, Quality, Compliance, Budget)
• High level data analysis skill ralated to operational performance, productivity, budget and capability to plan and execute solutions
• Exellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work in shift
