The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities
• Leading subcontractors and site teams
• Driving project programme outcomes and milestones
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
• Managing site logistics and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and consultants
• Maintaining strong communication with clients and project stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects within Australia
• Demonstrated delivery experience on projects valued above $15 million
• Ideally, exposure to institutional projects such as education, health, community, government, or similar sectors
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent understanding of Australian construction methodologies, regulations, and safety practices
• Ability to drive programme outcomes while maintaining high-quality standards
• Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders
