My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy mid 2026 with work secured until 2029.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include apartments government, education, health, commercial, hospitality, retail and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Commercial project experience $20m - $50m+ is A MUST for this opportunity! Brisbane based project - medium rise tower central to Brisbane $30m+

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
• New build project experience over $30m
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $50m+
