Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution, with responsibility for key performance metrics including schedule, cost, quality, and overall project delivery from initiation through final acceptance.
• Develop detailed project plans and define key milestones covering R&D design, material procurement, assembly, commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and final project delivery.
• Lead on-site project installation, commissioning, and acceptance activities, ensuring successful and timely project completion.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical, operational, and coordination issues, making effective decisions in high-pressure project environments.
• Coordinate internal and external resources according to project requirements, establish project teams, and clearly define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, taking corrective actions where necessary to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates to project teams and key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of critical information, risks, changes, and decisions.
• Monitor supplier progress, quality, and delivery performance to ensure compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site project management, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices. PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of quality management and project risk control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop.
