The Team

Tetra Pak Account, APAC, GC, Beijing factory team, provide soft and hard service for both factory and office. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the facility maintenance team, manage the plant building, electrical, fire and other facilities and equipment repair and maintenance, to ensure normal operation; management of high and low voltage power supply and distribution, and water, natural gas and other facilities, to ensure site energy supply;
• Manage the daily operation of factory facilities, including inspection management, 5S, facility operation plan;
• Manage service providing suppliers to ensure vender service quality;
• Develop and complete facility and equipment PM program, assign and complete facility maintenance work orders;
• Coordinate and communicate with customers on facility maintenance and project related issues;
• Support the OTIF delivery of plant facility modification and energy saving investment projects;
• Facility maintenance team's related skills training and staff Coach to continuously improve team performance.
• Achieve site KPI delivery and drive continuous improvement
• CMMS system implementation on site and continuous drive
• Drive Safety Management and Risk Management on site.
• Drive FM facility energy management (energy analysis and energy saving program and actions implementation)
• Document management and related SOP development and implementation;
• Communication & coordination, handling of government inspections, customer and third party audits; Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Either Mechanical or Electrical specialization
• Good HSE awareness and certification
• Strong people Management skills
• Data Driven Mindset with reporting capability
• Customer service awareness / communication skills
• Can read and write basic English. Technical knowledge: the ability to demonstrate site hard service and project relate facilities and equipment technical knowledge. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving: has the ability to confidently work through problems and find solutions

Collaboration: displays the ability to work in a team. Shares information and is prepared to assist colleagues when necessary in order to deliver a task or project

Desire to learn: displays a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and be guided by Senior Developers and stays up to date with the latest industry information

Qualifications and Education:

• FM related major College degree
• More than 5 years factory related facility hard service experience.
• More than 3 years team leader experience
• Project management experience
• More than 3 years second party (乙方) work experience
