Site Manager

Preferred:

Ex-PWD, Ex-CPWD or any similar Govt. Sector Retired.

Shall be residing in Chennai or near outskirts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the project.
• Manage project team to execute operations project effectively and efficiently
• Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Track, monitor and control expense based on budgetary guidelines
• Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines
• Manage Project invoicing and coordinating with Finance team for the same.
• Manage resource assignments, work allocation and machine and equipment requirements for operations project.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with project team (in the organization, the subcontractors and the client)
• Address questions and concerns of project team, management and customers in a professional and confident manner
• Provide project progress status, delays and issues to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance to the requirements and applicable standards.
