About the role

The Onsite Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Banten, Indonesia, responsible for overseeing daily operations and coordinating activities at the project or facility location. This role includes supervising onsite teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring work progress to ensure that timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements are met. The Onsite Manager will manage resource allocation, address operational issues, and liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of onsite work. The role also involves maintaining accurate reports, enforcing compliance with company policies and local regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and performance. This position requires a hands-on approach and a strong presence at the site to guide and support team members.

Quality Needed

• Strong leadership, team supervision, and people management skills to guide onsite personnel effectively
• Solid organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, including reporting and coordination with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of basic operational, project, or facility management principles, including resource planning and workflow oversight
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices relevant to onsite operations
• Ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with using basic office software and digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Relevant work experience in onsite, operations, construction, or facility management is highly beneficial
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in management, engineering, operations, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to be based full-time on site in Banten, Indonesia and to adapt to changing operational demands
